An ovarian dermoid cyst, also known as a teratoma, is a benign tumor that originates in the egg producing cells of the ovary.  These neoplasms can contain hair, teeth, skin, sweat glands, nails, cartilage, sebum, bone, eyes, fat, and thyroid tissue.

In this tutorial I will show you how to create a surgical mesh in Photoshop

use the circular selection tool

open the faux finish brush set and select texture comb 2. Set the diameter to 40 and set the spacing to 15%. Shift click to make a straight brush stroke.

repeat the brush strokes until the selection area is full

rotate the brush 90 degrees and repeat the brush strokes

if you want to change the shape of the mesh go to Edit-Transform and Skew

and warp it. Edit-Transform-Warp
If you want to add shading to the mesh first select the blank area of the layer, then select similar , and select inverse,

Use a basic brush with a hardness of 0 and set it to a low opacity create a new layer and use the brush to add shading to the mesh
